Barbara L. Schupbach, 70, of Lansing, Iowa died Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Mayo Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota. She was born March 11, 1950 to Harold and Virginia (Creveston) Haagenson.\u00a0 Barbara graduated from Mabel High School in 1968 and received an accounting degree from Hawkeye Technical College.<\/p>\n
Barbara was united in marriage with Michael Schupbach on November 15, 1969. Three children were born to this union. Barbara worked as an Accounting Manager at Triangle Plastics. She was the first female on the Fairbank Fire Department. Barbara enjoyed fishing, quilting, going to auctions, traveling and watching westerns. She was an amazing cook and valued time with her family.<\/p>\n
Surviving Barbara are her children, Tamara Miller of Oran, Iowa, Theresa Behling of Eden Prairie, Minnesota and Jason (Abby) Schupbach of Waterloo, Iowa; grandchildren, Todd Miller, Hannah Miller, Tyler Behling and Layne Schupbach; and her siblings, Harold (Marsha) Haagenson of Rochester, Minnesota, Bonnie Storlie of Rochester, Minnesota, Dawn Judy of Rochester, Minnesota and Diane Jones of Arizona.<\/p>\n
Preceding Barbara in death were her husband, Michael Schupbach and her parents, Harold and Virginia Haagenson.<\/p>\n
A Public Visitation will be held from 1-3 pm on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Leonard-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Elgin, Iowa.<\/p>\n
There will be a Private Graveside Service.<\/p>\n
