\"\"Robert Joseph Einck, 86, of Ossian, Iowa passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 9, 2022. Bob was born July 20, 1935, in Ossian, Iowa, the son of Arthur and Mildred (Wiltgen) Einck. Robert married Dianna Bushman on June 15, 1955, in Ossian.\u00a0 He worked as an Assistant Manager at Fareway Grocery.\u00a0 Bob worked for twenty-seven years at NICC and retired as the Manager of Buildings and Grounds.\u00a0 He was a parishioner of St. Francis DeSales Parish.\u00a0 Bob enjoyed playing guitar and singing in a country western band, traveling, woodworking, playing cards, hunting and gardening. He was a family man and enjoyed watching the Cubs and the Hawkeyes.\u00a0 Bob had incredible integrity and work ethic.\u00a0 He will be greatly missed.<\/p>\n

Bob is survived by his wife of sixty-six years, Dianna; four sons, John Einck (Paula Fulton) of Stockton, Illinois, Dean (Shari) Einck of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Daryl (Nina) Einck of Cumming, Georgia and Scott (Cheryl) Einck of Lakeville, Minnesota; thirteen grandchildren, Ben, Andrea, Zachary, Dillon, Sarah, Jordan, Katelyn, Brady, Amanda, Andrew, Courtney, Candace, Brandon; three great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law, Cindy Einck, Jane Einck. Marilyn Rima, Eleane Wokwicz, Eileen \u201cRobert\u201d Fogarty and by his nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n

Bob was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Mel Einck and Richard Einck.<\/p>\n

Visitation will be held from 9-11 am with a 8:45 am Rosary on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Ossian, Iowa.<\/p>\n

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 18, 2022<\/strong> <\/em>at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Ossian, Iowa with Rev. Robert Gross as the celebrant.<\/p>\n

Inurnment will follow at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery in Ossian, Iowa.<\/p>\n

Memorials may be directed to the family.<\/p>\n
