\"\"Dale Allan Moore, 75 of Elgin, Iowa passed away Monday, January 2, 2023 at Mayo in Rochester, Minnesota. Dale Allan Moore, the son of Werner and Elizabeth (Butikofer) Moore, was born July 4, 1947, in Postville, Iowa.\u00a0 He received his education in the Valley Community School District, graduating in 1965.\u00a0 As a young man, Dale found the need to seek the Lord in repentance and was baptized in 1966.\u00a0 On September 6, 1970, he was united in marriage to Cheryl Beth Gerber at West Bend, Iowa.\u00a0\u00a0 The couple spent their lifetime farming in the Elgin area, moving to town in 2009.\u00a0 Dale served in the Ministry at the Apostolic Christian Church in Elgin for 47 years.\u00a0 Dale loved sharing his faith with others, and especially enjoyed spending time with his family.<\/p>\n

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Cheryl, and his three children: Tammy and Jeff Callahan, Elgin, IA; Danette and Kurt Kramer, Manchester, IA; and Peggy and Steve Moyle, Manchester, IA; two brothers, Melvin (Vicky) Moore of Scottsdale, AZ; Gene Moore and Tami of Wadena, IA; two sisters, Marion (Kelvin) Knobloch of Niantic, IL; Karla (Keith) Wittmer of Colorado Springs, CO; eight grandchildren: Ashley (Callahan) Clinton and Dylan; Alex Callahan; Austin Callahan; Grant Kramer; Zachary Kramer; Alyssa Moyle; Isaac Moyle; Lexi Moyle, and one great grandchild, Kohen Clinton.\u00a0 He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Elmer Moore and Wilmer Moore.<\/p>\n

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday, January 6, 2023 at Apostolic Christian Fellowship Center (church basement) in Elgin, Iowa. There will also be a one hour visitation before services at the church on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Funeral Service will be at 10:30 am on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Apostolic Christian Church in Elgin, Iowa.<\/p>\n

Interment will follow at Apostolic Christian Cemetery, rural Elgin, Iowa.<\/p>\n
