\"\"Laura Nozal age 78, of McGregor, IA and a former 30-year resident of Lakeville, MN, passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina, MN.\u00a0 Laura was born in Chicago on April 4th, 1945, and was the daughter of the late John & June (Brown) Hoffman.<\/p>\n

On June 3rd, 1967, Laura was united in marriage to Richard Roy Nozal.\u00a0 They raised a family in Lakeville, MN upon retirement they moved to McGregor, IA, the hometown of Laura’s grandparents.\u00a0 She spent her time with the Ladies Auxiliary and the McGregor United Methodist Women group, she also enjoyed reading, bird watching, cooking for her family, and playing cards.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 She was also a huge fan of the Hallmark channel.\u00a0\u00a0 Laura’s greatest Joy was spending time with her family and grandchildren.<\/p>\n

Surviving Laura are her son, David (Gail) Nozal of Rosemount, MN and daughter Kris Nozal of Burnsville, MN:\u00a0\u00a0 Grandchildren Kate and Sam Nozal.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 She is also survived by her sister Sue Rabiola, brother John Hoffman, and sister Barb (Jeff) Heidelmeier and many nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n

Laura was preceded in death by her parents, John and June Hoffman:\u00a0 husband, Richard Nozal on 2\/21\/2003: and her sister Deanna (Jean) Haussmann.<\/p>\n

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Laura to the McGregor Library, or McGregor Fire Department-Hook And Ladder Company<\/p>\n

A visitation will be held Friday, July 14, 2023 <\/span><\/strong>from 5:00PM to 7:00PM at Thornburg-Grau funeral home, 118 N. Wacouta Ave, Prairie du Chien, WI.<\/p>\n

A funeral service will be held 11:00AM Saturday, July 15, 2023<\/span><\/strong> at Thornburg-Grau funeral home in Prairie du Chien where a visitation will be held one hour prior to service.<\/p>\n

A luncheon will be held at Huckleberry\u2019s Restaurant, 1916 S Marquette Rd, Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, after the funeral service.<\/p>\n

Burial will take place at 3:30PM on Saturday, July 15, 2023<\/span> <\/strong>at Moody Cemetery in McGregor, IA.<\/p>\n
