Wessel, passed away peacefully in her sleep Friday, December 9<sup>th<\/sup> at the Good Samaritan Home in West Union. Shortly after retiring, she moved to West Union, eventually entering into the nursing home there, where she had been a resident for 9 \u00bd years.\u00a0 She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd, her daughter Trudy, (Fred) Kann, and her grandson Johnathan Schroeder and his father Ronnie Schroeder. She is survived by daughters Peggy Schroeder, Roxi (Kevin) Vorwald, Shelly (Don) Sieck, 14 grandchildren, and several great and great-greatgrandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a graveside service for Florine on December 23 at 10:00 A&gt;M. at Elkader\u2019s East Side Cemetery.
