She was born December 8, 1930 to Amos and Amy (Davis) Sutton in Fennimore, Wisconsin.\u00a0 Maxine graduated from Prairie du Chien High School.\u00a0 She was a homemaker and also worked at Hamann\u2019s Variety Store in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin.<\/p>\n<p>Maxine is survived by her sons, Mark Iverson of Cottageville, South Carolina, Bryce (Mary) Iverson of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin and David (Deb) Iverson of Cottageville, South Carolina; seven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and one brother, Ron (June) Sutton of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Amy Sutton; and brothers, Douglas Sutton and George Sutton.<\/p>\n<p>A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>Thornburg-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin is helping the family with the arrangements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Maxine Iverson, 88, of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin died Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Prairie Maison in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin.
