Jessica and Michael.\u00a0 Over the years, the family lived in many different places, eventually making their way back to Monona.<\/p>\n<p>While Rick enjoyed farming and carpentry work, driving semi was by far his favorite job, which became a passion he passed on to his son.\u00a0 His favorite pastimes included fishing with his grandson and cutting wood with the boys.\u00a0 Rick had a knack for making conversation with anyone and everyone!\u00a0 You could often find him at Kwik Star getting coffee and socializing with the guys.\u00a0 He was always willing to help anyone he could.<\/p>\n<p>Rick is survived by his wife, Janette; his daughter Jessica (Brandon) Wilder; his son, Mike Snitker (Paige &amp; Oaklynn Bolsinger); Rick\u2019s (a.k.a Poppy\u2019s) pride and joy was his only grandson, Collin Wilder.\u00a0 He is also survived by three brothers, \u00a0Bruce (Connie) Snitker, Craig (Kathy) Snitker, and Clark (Norma) Snitker; two sisters-in-law: Judy Benzing and Carolynn Brown;\u00a0 two brothers-in-law, Jerry (Celia) Brown and Joel (Jeanne) Brown; As well as many nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n<p>He was preceded in death by his parents, Joann Johnson and Nathan Snitker;
