Jacqueline Mae “Jackie” Nichols, 52, of Postville, Iowa died Thursday, June 22, 2017 at her home in Postville, Iowa. She was born May 17, 1965 to Henry and Janet (Flynn) Marshall in Flint, Michigan. She graduated from Carmen-Ainsworth High School in 2001.
Jackie was united in marriage with Brad Nichols on February 8, 2014. She enjoyed her coffee, crocheting, collecting owls, playing on her computer, country music, NASCAR racing, playing cards, shooting pool and spending time with her grandchildren.
Jackie is survived by her husband, Brad Nichols of North Carolina; her children, Bill Dixon of Postville, Iowa, Tiffany Dixon of Peoria, Illinois, Jenica McCool of Florida, Amanda McCool of Texas and John Turner of Michigan; two step-children, Chloe Nichols and Casey Nichols; several grandchildren, four sisters, Vickie Dixon, Janis (Kenny) Preston, Caroline (Sean) Webb and Brenda (Darrin) Dennis and her Chihuahua, Leroy.
Jackie was preceded in death by her son, Michael Dixon, her parents and her brother, Henry Marshall.
A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, July 1, 2017 from 12-4 pm at 109 E Greene Street, Castalia, Iowa.
