Patricia Caroline White, 72 of Prairie Chien, Wisconsin died expectedly Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Crossing Rivers Health, Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. Patricia Caroline was born March 7, 1945 to Leo and Ruth (Sime) McGinley in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. She graduated from Prairie du Chien High School in 1963 and attended Beauty School in Fargo, North Dakota.
Pat was united in marriage with Gary White on October 15, 1966 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Rarely without a glass of Coca-Cola in her hand, Pat collected copper pots and kettles. She worked as a beautician at Town and County and at Spurgeon’s. Most recently, she worked at Tiller’s Furniture Store.
Pat is survived by her husband, Gary White of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin; one son, Gary White of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin; sisters-in-law, Judy McGinley of Dodgeville, Wisconsin and Nancy McGinley of Alexandria, Kentucky; and over thirty nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Ruth McGinley; brothers, Leo, Paul and Dan; and her sisters, Dorothy and Ruth; brother-in-law, Tom Roellich and; sister-law, Pat Lechnir McGinley; and her niece, Becky McGinley.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 pm on Friday, December 8, 2017 at Thornburg-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin with a one hour visitation before mass at the church on Saturday.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin with Rev. James Weighner as the Celebrant.
Burial will be held at a later date.
