Anita May Loveless, 60, of Lansing, Iowa died Monday, March 26, 2018 at Good Samaritan Society, Waukon, Iowa. Anita May was born May 1, 1957 to Bruno and Rita (Montano) Synkula in Ashland, Wisconsin. She graduated from Ashland High School with the Class of 1975. Anita was a member of the Ojebwa Tribe.
Anita was united in marriage with Calvin Loveless. She worked as a Certified Nurses Aid. Anita enjoyed doing crafts, mushroom hunting, playing cards, gambling and rides on the river. She loved her dogs and was a fan of Betty Boop.
Anita is survived by her significant other, Donald McKee of Lansing, Iowa; siblings, Stan Synkula, Kay Synkula and Cathy Reed; and one uncle, Frank Montano.
Anita was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Loveless; parents, Bruno and Rita Synkula; brother, Joseph Frank Synkula; and her son, Ryan Synkula.
