Mary Jean Standiford, 85, of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin died Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at her home in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. She was born May 27, 1932 in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Mary Jean graduated from High School in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Mary Jean was united in marriage with Milton Kenneth Standiford on July 3, 1955 in Chicago, Illinois. Together they moved to Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin and adopted Steven when he was four years old. Mary Jean worked for a short time as a nurse before becoming a General Manager at McGregor Loudspeaker. She enjoyed technology and was very good with computers. Mary Jean loved her grandpup, Tuffy.
Mary Jean is survived by her son, Steve Ingle of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin; two grandchildren, Kenneth Ingle and Kyle Ingle; and one cousin-in-law, Janice Radloff.
Mary Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Milton; and one son, James Nagle.
Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at Thornburg-Grau Funeral Home, Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin with Rev. Andy Doll as the Officiant. There will also be a one hour visitation before services at the funeral home on Sunday.
Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin
