Kathy Lynn Jangula, 63, of Lansing, Iowa died Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Gundersen Lutheran Health Systems, La Crosse, Wisconsin. Kathy was born on June 22, 1954, in LaCrosse, WI, to Willard and Kathryn (Bohland) Elliott and she later graduated from DeSoto High School in DeSoto, WI.
She was united in marriage to Michael P. Jangula on November 22, 1975. Michael passed away on April 10, 2012. Kathy worked for several years at Northern Engraving in Lansing and Waukon. She enjoyed fishing and hunting and loved spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include one son, Brandon (Alicia) Jangula of Lansing; four grandchildren, Matthew, Urijah, Drydin and Swayzee; two sisters, Maxine and Maureen and four brothers, Dan, Ron, Tony and Adrian and many other family members.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Michael.
A visitation will be held from 4-8 pm on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Thornburg-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Lansing, Iowa.
There will be a private family inurnment at a later date.
