Tamara “Tammy” Marie (Regenold) Kleitsch, 59, of Monona, Iowa passed away in her home on Sunday, November 25, 2018. She was born in Independence Iowa, on June 26, 1959, daughter of Ronald J. and Kay F. (Mersch) Regenold.
Tammy graduated from Wapsie Valley High School in 1977 and furthered her education at Hawkeye Community College.
Tammy was united in marriage to Thomas Kleitsch in Fairbank, Iowa, they later divorced. Tammy was employed at Wal-Mart in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, earning her ten-year pin this past Friday. She enjoyed being with friends, watching her favorite TV shows, and she loved her dog, Fancy. Tammy was a very thoughtful, kind, and caring person to all that knew her. She will be missed.
Tammy is survived by her son, Andy of Monona. Her mother, Kay, of Cedar Falls: her two brothers, Joe (Julie) Regenold of Readlyn, Iowa and Marty (Dawn) Regenold of Denton, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Regenold; her youngest brother Tim; and special friend, Stan Phillips.
A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm at Huckleberry’s Restaurant in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin.
