Moejo Kautman, 73, of McGregor, Iowa died Monday, January 13, 2020 at Crossing Rivers Health in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. Moejo was born March 8, 1946 to Henry J. and Helen M. (Cowell) Kautman, Sr. in Dubuque, Iowa. He graduated from McGregor High School in 1965. Moejo joined and proudly served in The United States Army as a Military Policeman (MP).
Moejo was a self-employed Painter. He is survived by his three children, Kevin (Rose) Dull of Marquette, Iowa, Jeff Dull of Humbird, Wisconsin and Christina (John) Holtkamp of Mt. Rose, Iowa; three grandchildren, Ryder, Jackson and Kyler; siblings, Thomas Kautman of McGregor, Iowa, Kathryn Kautman of New Hope, Minnesota, Henry “Pete” Kautman of McGregor, Iowa and Kris Kautman of Mason City, Iowa; and several nieces and nephews.
Moejo was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Helen Kautman; and his siblings, Ronald Kautman, Donald Kautman, Faye Kautman (in infancy), Janice Ehrlich and Jack Kautman.
A private Graveside Service with Military Rites in Smithfield Cemetery, rural Monona, Iowa is planned for a later date.
