David Arden Bean, 67, of Bagley, Wisconsin passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at Divine Rehab and Nursing in Fennimore, Wisconsin. David Arden Bean was born on July 4, 1953 to Arden and Mary (Campbell) Bean of Bagley, Wisconsin
David farmed on the family farm, was a CNA, and also worked at MPC in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin for several years. David’s greatest passion was his family farm that he grew up on. David found pride in planting his corn and soybeans and also made sure he stayed busy. David also was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers. He loved watching the Red Green Show, and listening to Bob Dylan. David will be missed by many that knew him as an uncle, friend, and farmer.
He is survived by his nephew, Christopher Hampton (Chealsey Hampton) of Arthur, Wisconsin; his niece, Jaimie Hampton of Bloomington, Wisconsin; his great nephew, Oliver Hampton; his great niece, Vera Harris; his estranged sister, Barbara Bean (Wachter) of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, and his aunt Nellie Bouzek, Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin
He was preceded in death by his father, Arden Bean in 2002; his mother, Mary (Campbell) Bean in 2016; and a sister, Diane Bean in 2009.
There will be a private family burial and a celebration of life at a later date.
The family would like to thank Orchard Manor Nursing Home in Lancaster, WI and Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing in Fennimore, WI for the gracious care they gave David these last few months.
