Christopher Lee Snyder, 49 of Dorchester, Iowa passed away, Saturday, December 24, 2022. Christopher Lee was born June 3, 1973 to LeRoy and Monika (Pless) Snyder in Decorah, Iowa. He attended Postville High School through the eleventh grade and earned his G.E.D. later in life.
Christopher was united in marriage with Carrie Satterlee. Two children were born to this union. Christopher was the owner and operator of Snyder Motor Sports.
Surviving Christopher are his three children, Bronwyn Snodgrass of Austin, Texas and Quinn and Katie Snyder of Dorchester, Iowa; mother, Monika Moellers of Castalia, Iowa; two sisters, Andrea (Chad) Breitsprecher of Ossian, Iowa and Tracy (Erin) Hopper of Dryden, Michigan; and his step-siblings, Wendy, Mike, Misty, Jeremy and Angel.
Christopher was preceded in death by his father, LeRoy Snyder; his wife, Carrie Snyder; and step-father, Joseph Moellers.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Schmitz-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation of Ossian, Iowa is assisting the family with arrangements.
