Charles Douglass Couto, June 22, 2023.

Doug Couto passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 22, 2023. He lived a full and vibrant life; enjoying his family, friends, and career. He grew up in New York and Iowa where he was active in the Boy Scouts of America, earning the rank of Eagle Scout and joining the Order of the Arrow.
