Kathy Horsfall, 76, of McGregor, Iowa passed away peacefully Thursday, August 3, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Kathy was born November 25, 1946 in Prairie Du Chien, Wisconsin to the late Edward and Alice (Nies) Noethe.
Kathy graduated from Patch Grove High School and attended college in Platteville, Wisconsin. She married Walter C. Horsfall on May 15, 1965. They started their lives together in Union Grove, Wisconsin where they welcomed their three children, later moving to Patch Grove, Wisconsin.
Kathy will be deeply missed by her husband and their children; Gregory (Rebecca) Horsfall of Burlington, Wisconsin, Cindy Hein (Randy Cook) of McGregor, Iowa, and Christine (Ronald) Ferguson of Monona, Iowa. Kathy is further survived by her ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren plus a little baby girl on the way. She is also survived by her brothers; Jim Noethe, Patrick (Susan) Noethe, and Thomas (Deb) Noethe, and many nieces and nephews.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, her brother Mike Noethe, an infant brother, and her sister-in-law Nancy Noethe.
A very heartfelt thank you goes out to all family and friends for their love and continued support, as well as to Crossing Rivers Hospital Hospice team with special thanks to Katy.
