Gary F. Burrack, son of Theodore W. Gary served his church, community, and agriculture industry through numerous committees and boards at the local, county, and state level.  Soil conservation was Gary’s passion, and he was honored with various awards for his efforts.  In 2005, Gary was named an Iowa Master Farmer; however, he was most proud of his family and that his grandsons would be the seventh generation of the family to farm.

Gary is survived by his wife, Judy; daughters, Suzanne (Joe) Shirbroun and Nancy VonFeldt; grandsons, Tom, Andrey, and Nate Shirbroun and Mick VonFeldt; a nephew, Russell Boten and his wife, Lisa, and niece, Carol and her husband, Brooks Gordon.
