Ivan Yearous, 63 of Clermont, Iowa passed away Thursday, May 7, 2026 at Gundersen Health in La Crosse, Wisconsin. He was born September 21, 1962 along with his twin brother Evan to Stanley and Cynthia (Shambaugh) Yearous in Manchester, Iowa. He graduated from Valley High School with the class of 1981.
Ivan grew up on the family farm outside of Wadena and loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing. His favorite pastime was bass fishing on local lakes and ponds.
Surviving Ivan is his mother, Cynthia Yearous of Wadena, Iowa; three siblings, Bernice (Gary Buresh) Fischels, Evan Yearous and Andrew Yearous; two nephews, Drew (Jessica O’Bleness)
Fischels and Mitchell Fischels; and his great-niece, Ellia O’Bleness Fischels.
Just one day after his passing, his father, Stanley Yearous also passed away.
