Lois Ann Lehs, 92, of West Union, Iowa passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at the Good Samaritan Society in West Union, Iowa. Lois was born April 6, 1934 to Edwin and Leola (Schult) Schlatter in Hawkeye, Iowa. She graduated from Hawkeye High School.
On May 20, 1955, Lois was united in marriage with Randolph Lehs at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hawkeye, Iowa. Five sons were born to this union.
Lois was a wonderful homemaker and mother. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, playing cards and dominos. Lois loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving Lois are her sons, Leslie Alan (Jerilyn) Lehs, Kevin Ray (Elly) Lehs, Kent Edward (Beverly) Lehs, Lonnie Joe (Bev) Lehs and Randy Lee (Elizabeth) Lehs; grandchildren, Christopher (Stephanie) Lehs, Katlyn (Blake) Brownell and Erin (Ethan) Fink; and great-grandchildren, Jaxson, Charlotte, Beau, Cole, Addyson, Bryar and Callum.
Lois was preceded in death by her husband, Randolph Lehs; parents, Edwin and Leola Schlatter; and her siblings, Joan (Cliff) Goldsberry and Duane (Wanda) Schlatter.
A Private Family Service will be held.
