Richard Charles Ludvik, 78 of Wisconsin died Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at Divine Rehab and Nursing in Fennimore, Wisconsin. He was born July 4, 1944 to Joseph Sr. and Mildred (Eulgem) Ludvik.
Richard was married to Cleo Ludvik, they later divorced. He was then married to Clara Weber.
Surviving Richard is his son, Dennis Ludvik; two step children, Tina Miller and Darwin Miller; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara; his parents; one brother; and a stepson, Jeffrey Miller.
A Committal Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Thornburg-Grau Funeral Home in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin.
