Doris Laufenberg Krogman, age 91, of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023, at Crossing Rivers Health having lived a long and joyous life.
She is survived by her three children, Karen Krogman (David Gerke) of Surprise, Arizona, Janet Scott (Terry Ferguson) of Spartanburg, South Carolina and Charles (Mary) of Dallas, Oregon; her granddaughter, Amanda (Juanlu) Kuecherer Krogman of Segovia, Spain; grandsons, Colin (Nichole) Kuecherer of Clinton, Connecticut, Nathan Scott of Winston Salem, North Carolina, and Ryan (Melynda) Scott of Spartanburg, South Carolina; and 4 great-grandchildren, Jillian Scott, Charlotte Scott, Stella Scott, and Nico Kuecherer; her sisters, Carolyn (Ed) Keeney of Mt Hope, Wisconsin and Joanne (Mike) Carroll of McGregor, Iowa, and sister-in-law, Maxine (Dick) Krogman, of Sun City, Arizona. Additionally, Doris is survived by numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband Charles in 2001; her parents, William and Leona Laufenberg; sisters, Arlene (Elwood) Stoeffler, and Marjorie (Harry) Miller; brothers, Lee (Rosemary) Laufenberg, Leroy (Ardith) Laufenberg, and Carl (Belva) Laufenberg.
There will be a visitation from 9:00 am to 11:00 am with a 11:00 Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at St. John’s Catholic Church in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin.
Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin.
Following the burial, there will be a lunch in the church social hall.
