Lillian Maxine “Gert” McNeill, 78, of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin died Friday, January 17, 2020 at Devine Rehab and Nursing in Fennimore, Wisconsin. She was born February 7, 1941 to Gerald and Hazel (Cole) Welsh in Greeley, Iowa. Lillian attended country school through the eighth grade.
Lillian was united in marriage with Ronald McNeill on April 20, 1957. She worked numerous jobs throughout her life with the latest being a Nurse’s Aide at the Delaware County Home.
Lillian is survived by her four sons, Thomas McNeill of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, Terry (Cynthia) McNeill of Conover, North Carolina, Roger (Leslie) McNeill of Humboldt and Ricky McNeill of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin; her sisters, Karen, Evelyn, Joan and Maude; and one brother, Gerald. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Hazel Welsh; husband, Ronald McNeill; and a son, Ronnie Dean McNeill.
Inurnment will be held at a later date.
